What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service: the photos you upload for AI headshot generation, your email address (provided at checkout), and standard payment information handled securely by Stripe.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How your photos are used
Photos you upload are used only to generate the AI headshots you order, deliver your results, and provide support if needed. We process uploaded photos through trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers. We do not use your photos for advertising, public galleries, resale, or unrelated model training, and we do not allow our service providers to use your photos for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
To operate AVTR, we use carefully selected service providers for AI image processing, website hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers may process limited personal data only as needed to provide services to AVTR.
Payment data
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Your email address is collected at checkout so we can send you your completed headshots and order-related updates. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.
Cookies and analytics
We use session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit. We also use cookies, tags, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies through our analytics and advertising partners, as described in “Advertising, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking” below. Basic server logs (IP address, page visits) are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
Advertising, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking
We may use third-party analytics and advertising partners, including Google services and AppLovin/Axon, to help us understand how visitors use AVTR, measure advertising performance, attribute purchases or other conversion events, prevent duplicate conversion reporting, and improve our marketing.
These partners may collect or receive limited technical and event information, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, checkout steps started, purchase or conversion events, selected product or package information, transaction amount, currency, transaction identifiers, browser and device information, IP address or approximate location, referral or source information, and information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, or similar technologies.
Customer-uploaded selfies or photos are used to provide the AVTR service and are not intentionally shared with advertising partners as advertising event payloads.
Payment card details are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. AVTR does not store full payment card numbers.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and may have additional advertising or privacy controls through Google, AppLovin/Axon, your device settings, or other applicable platform settings.
Data retention
Your generated headshots are stored temporarily so you can download them. If you request deletion of your data, email us and we will remove your photos and account data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
